Please fill out the online registration form below or print and return the form to Faith Preschool. Classes fill up quickly so register early!

NEW! We now offer all-day options to 4- and 5-year-olds for each program (2-, 3-, and 5-Days). All-day sessions are 9:15am to 3:00pm, with lunch being 11:45am to 12:30pm. Parents are required to send in a lunch with at least two food groups. We do not offer an “after school” program.
